To make it easier for you to purchase an additional pair of glasses—whether to change up your look, to have a pair better suited for certain activities, such as sports, for example, a pair of sunglasses tailored to your vision, or simply to have a spare pair, we are committed to offering you a 25% discount on any new pair, provided the purchase is made within six months of purchasing the first pair and the lens prescriptions are identical to those of the first pair and come from the same manufacturer (Zeiss or Essilor).
The 25% discount, which will be applied to the second purchase, will be calculated based on the total price of the cheaper of the two pairs.

Small details that make our customers happy
At all Optique Moitzheim locations, certified opticians and optometrists perform eye exams and fit contact lenses without the need for an appointment. In urgent cases, and provided the lenses are in stock, we are committed to providing you with quality eyeglasses on the same day.
Regardless of how old your frames are, we are committed to performing any straightening, adjustments, and other minor repairs that may be necessary, free of charge. All information regarding your eyewear is stored in our computer system and is immediately available at all Optique Moitzheim stores.
As with any purchase, we issue an invoice that you can use to request a reimbursement from your health insurance provider, mutual insurance company, or insurer, subject to their reimbursement policies.
Your eyeglasses—both the frames and the lenses—are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use of your eyewear.
Our opticians are qualified to provide you with the best advice on choosing your frames. However, if, within the first month after receiving your glasses, you feel you made the wrong choice, we promise to exchange your frames—with the exception of custom-made frames—and, if necessary, provide new lenses at half price. Any price difference between the two frames will be taken into account.
If, during the first month after you receive your glasses, you find that the prescription for the lenses does not meet your needs, we promise to provide you with new lenses of the same quality at no charge.
You may exercise these rights regarding defects only once for the eyeglasses referred to in this document.
Your glasses (frames and lenses) are covered by breakage insurance for one year. Simply by presenting your glasses, we will replace any broken or damaged parts with identical ones, subject to a 50% deductible.
The insurance is valid only once during the warranty year associated with the equipment covered by the warranty.
The Optique Moitzheim stores are certified as Zeiss Relaxed Vision Centers, and our opticians use the Zeiss Video Infral and Essilor Visioffice systems to ensure optimal measurement and centering of the lenses in your frames.
However, if, after a one-month adjustment period, you are not completely satisfied with your progressive multifocal lenses, we promise to replace them free of charge with another type of progressive lens or with two pairs of single-vision lenses from the same supplier and of the same quality.
Reimbursement for any price difference between the new lenses and the replaced progressive lenses is excluded.
