To reward your loyalty, Optique Moitzheim is offering you two attractive offers to make it easier for you to buy one or more new pairs of glasses.

'SECOND PAIR OF GLASSES' OFFER

To make it easier for you to buy an extra pair of glasses, whether it's to change your look, to get a pair of glasses better suited to certain activities such as sport, a pair of sunglasses suited to your eyesight or simply to have a spare pair of glasses, We will give you a 25% discount on any new pair of glasses, provided that they are purchased during the six months following the purchase of the first pair and that the powers of the lenses are identical to those of the first pair and come from the same manufacturer (Zeiss or Essilor).

The 25% discount applied to the second purchase will be calculated on the total of the less expensive pair.

All offer conditions

In order to benefit from the advantages of our offer, the following conditions must be met:

  • The "second pair of glasses" may be ordered at the same time as the first pair, or within 6 months of ordering the first pair.
    The first pair of glasses eligible for this discount must include a frame and two corrective lenses.
    The next purchase may be other equipment, with no obligation to buy a frame. The number of purchases eligible for this discount is unlimited within the 6-month period following the first order.

 

  • The amount of the 25% discount, which will be applied to the second purchase, will be calculated on the total of the less expensive pair.

 

  • The lens powers of the discounted lenses must be identical to the lens powers of the first pair and must come from the same manufacturer. All other parameters (material, tint, anti-reflective, etc.) may differ. If the first pair is fitted with multifocal lenses, the lenses for subsequent equipment may be either multifocal or single vision.

 

  • If the first pair is fitted with single vision lenses and subsequent equipment with multifocal lenses, the amount of the discount is calculated on the basis of the single vision lenses of the first pair.

 

  • Only equipment with Zeiss or Essilor lenses is eligible for this offer.

 

  • This offer is strictly personal and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts.

Under this offer, the pair benefiting from the 25% discount does not benefit from the "right to error" guarantee as described in our "Optique Pass".

'LOYALTY' OFFER

To reward your loyalty, we offer:

- A 10% discount on all new glasses purchased during the first year after the purchase of a pair of glasses, regardless of the power of the new lenses.

- A 5% discount on any new pair of glasses purchased in the second year after the initial purchase.

These offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts and are strictly personal.

Services

The little things that make our customers happy

In all Optique Moitzheim stores, qualified opticians and optometrists offer eye examinations and contact lens fittings without prior appointment. In urgent cases, and provided the glasses are in stock, we are committed to providing you with quality glasses on the same day.

Regardless of the age of your frame, we undertake to carry out any necessary straightening, adjustment and other minor repairs free of charge. All information about your equipment is recorded on our computer system and is immediately available in all Optique Moitzheim stores.

With each purchase, we provide you with an invoice that you can use to claim a refund from your health insurance fund, mutual or insurance company, subject to the conditions of access to reimbursement.

Guarrantees

Your glasses, both frames and lenses, are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects, which excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use of your equipment.

RIGHT TO MAKE A MISTAKE

Our opticians are trained to give you the best possible advice when choosing your frames. However, if you feel that you have made the wrong choice within the first month of receiving your glasses, we will exchange your frame, except for bespoke frames, and provide you with new lenses at half price. Any difference in price between the two frames will be taken into account.

PRESCRIPTION ERROR

If, during the first month following delivery of your glasses, it turns out that the powers of the prescribed lenses do not correspond to your needs, we undertake to supply new lenses of the same quality free of charge. 

You can only claim these rights once for the glasses listed on this document.

Free Insurance

Your glasses (frames and lenses) are insured against breakage for one year. On simple presentation of the glasses, we undertake to replace the broken or damaged parts identically, subject to a 50% excess.

Insurance valid only once during the warranty year associated with the equipment under warranty.

Guarantee of adaptation to progressive lenses

Optique Moitzheim stores carry the Zeiss Relaxed Vision Center label, and our opticians use the Zeiss Video Infral and Essilor Visioffice systems to guarantee optimal measurement and centering of lenses in your frame.

However, if, after a one-month adaptation period, you are not completely satisfied with your progressive multifocal lenses, we will replace them free of charge with another type of progressive lens or with two pairs of single vision lenses of the same quality from the same supplier.

Reimbursement of any price difference between the new lenses and the replacedprogressive lenses is excluded.
